Job Description:

Federal Constructors Inc. is an Oklahoma based commercial General Contractor. We currently have new opportunities for experienced Superintendents / Field Managers in the Oklahoma City metro area and projects out of state.

Primary Responsibilities:



--- Supervision of all field operations on assigned project

--- Conduct Weekly Safety Meetings and Schedule Subcontractors

--- Ensure that all trades maintain project schedule and safety procedures

--- Identify critical path items and prepare 3 weeks schedule look-ahead.

--- Maintain daily logs, timesheets and other field reports

--- Develop rapport and maintain communication with project owner and all subcontractors

--- Maintain daily communication with Project Management team

--- Monitor and track expenses



Requirements:



--- Minimum of 5 years experience. in Commercial or Federal Construction

--- Proven track record of successful projects

--- Demonstrated leadership ability - experience as a crew leader, foreman or Supt.

--- Good verbal and written communication skills

--- Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications

--- Above average planning and organizational skills

--- Understanding of OSHA, Safety and First Aid procedures

--- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

--- Experience with ProCore

--- Able to drive, pass background check and drug test
