Location: Oklahoma City, OK

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 7PM-7AM
• Pay: Starting at $24+/hour for LPNs, based on experience
  $1,500 Sign On Bonus for new hire, full time LPN's
  
  About the Role
  
  As an LPN at Epworth Villa, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll provide leadership, compassion, and expertise to ensure our residents' health and happiness.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  • Administer quality care in accordance with residents' individualized care plans.
  • Communicate care plans effectively to CNAs, CMAs, and other staff.
  • Respond promptly to resident health changes and notify appropriate personnel, including physicians.
  • Supervise medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Conduct resident rounds, noting comfort, safety, and care quality.
    Qualifications
    
    We're seeking passionate candidates who meet the following:
    
    • LPN License: Active in the state of Oklahoma.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, including charge nurse duties.
    • CPR/First Aid Certification: Current certification through the American Heart Association.
    • Physical Ability: Capable of occasionally exerting 50-100 pounds of force.
