This unit serves a diverse group of patients, from those recovering from surgeries to individuals managing chronic illnesses. Services include wound care, post-operative follow-ups, and therapy sessions. Home Health clinicians have a unique role, traveling to various patient homes throughout the day, ensuring optimal care and aiding in the transition from hospital to home. Their role emphasizes patient education, promoting independence, and ensuring a smooth recovery process. Clinicians in this unit typically work varied hours, allowing for a balance of clinical care and patient interaction. No in-hospital duties. - -Qualifications:
  • Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
  • License:
    • Oklahoma RN licensure
    • Valid driver's license
    • Certifications: CPR certification.
