This position has basic medical/surgical knowledge to care for general surgical and orthopedic surgical patients.--ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:--(30%)* Regularly assesses patient's/client's--needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician-authorized plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice.----(30%)* Provides direct resident care, including medication administration, treatments, call lights, assisting with transfers, responding to alarms, etc.----(20%)* Evaluates the effectiveness of the treatment plan and makes suggestions or participates in updating/revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current information to improve patient care.--(10%)* Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician-ordered care accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.----(10%)* Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.Submission Requirements2 years of experience ---RequiredBLS - RequiredOK or compact license ---RequiredProfile Requirements:Work HistorySkills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two yearsState Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or Compact & BLS)For Google Play, the latest version of Android supported is 12.
