Overview: Up to $10K Sign On Bonus paid over 1 year. -Compensation / Benefits

• $27.84-$45.46/hr. based on previous work experience.
• Evening differential $2.50/hr.
• Night differential $3.00/hr.
• Weekend differential $3.00/hr.

The Porter campus has 10 operating rooms with services ranging from urology, general, neurology, and bariatrics. The HealthPlex campus has 6 operating rooms in the main OR with services of orthopedics, general, and ENT, 1 hybrid room for cardiac cases, and 3 operating rooms for GYN and Robotic cases. Our scrub techs demonstrate teamwork, ensuring the sterile environment is maintained, and keeping a safe environment for our patients. We orient new scrub techs to all of our surgical areas by providing an extensive orientation with a dedicated preceptor in which scrub techs become proficient in all of our service lines. Responsibilities: Job SummaryRN essential functions include, but are not limited to: - - - - - - - - - Assessment/reassessment - Systematically assesses / reassesses the health care needs of individuals; appropriate for specific age groups and patient conditions. Involves patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate - - - - - - - - - Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes - Analyzes assessment to determine nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes, involving patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate. - - - - - - - - - Implementation and Coordination of Care - Provides nursing care through interventions to achieve goals and needs using professional judgement guided by current evidence-based practice, regulations and policy - - - - - - - - - Evaluation - Evaluates patient outcomes by utilizing the critical thinking process and evidence based knowledge to recognize problems, evaluate facts and reach sound conclusions. - - - - - - - - - Evaluates discharge needs related to plan of care utilizing resources as needed. - - - - - - - - - Professional PracticeQualificationsEducationDiploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.ExperiencePrevious experience in healthcare field preferred.Licensure/CertificationCurrent Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. -Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. -Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employmentOther Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesNew grads are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program. Qualifications: Education
  • Diploma or Associates -degree required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred. -Experience
    • Previous experience in healthcare field preferred. -
    • CVOR experience highly preferred.(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience). -Licensure / Certification
      • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
      • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.Current
      • Advanced Cardiac Life Support. ACLS is required to be maintained thru retraining for duration of employment. -
