About the JobPathway Family Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will work directly with children, youth, and their families in our residential treatment program to assist in learning important skills and techniques to maintain stability and permanency in the home.Responsibilities

• Work with children, youth, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and maintain accurate recordsRequirements
  • Masters degree in human services-related field
  • State required clinical licensure
  • Minimum of two years experience working with youth/families experiencing developmental, emotional, and behavioral difficultiesWhat We Offer
