• Employment Type: TravelRN needed for opening of Med-Surg/CVCU unit. Unit opening for overflow pts. 12 bed unit. Staffing 1:4-5 (depending on acuity). A medical surgical telemetry nurse, or telemetry nurse, monitors patients' vital signs and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment. They work in hospitals and other clinical facilities to care for patients with a range of conditions, including heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTSFloat to other Med/Surg or ER to take Med Surg holds - occasionally RequiredMust be able to read monitor strips.
